  I love Baptist Health for their excellent services, and convenient locations. Appointment was started on time. Staff was friendly and explained everything. Results were read and posted in the pineapple application within the hour. Couldn't ask for more. The location of this establishment was exceptionally convenient, making it easy to access.   I recently went to the Baptist Health Diagnostic Center in Pembroke Pines for my mammogram, and I had such a great experience that I wanted to share it. To be honest, I hadn’t had a mammogram in about 10 years, so I was very nervous about the whole process—especially wondering if it would hurt. From the moment I scheduled my appointment to the day I arrived, everything was incredibly smooth. The entire visit took only about 30 minutes. The facility was very clean, well organized, and welcoming. The staff was extremely kind, and the technician who assisted me was absolutely wonderful. She was patient, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. While the exam was a bit uncomfortable (as expected), it was quick and very manageable. I also loved how easy everything was with their app—you can complete your pre-check-in ahead of time and receive your results there, which makes the whole experience even more efficient. Overall, I highly recommend this location 100%. I truly felt cared for, and I plan to stay consistent with my annual exams here going forward.

  HORRIBLE. Girl working there 2 weeks called Maria made a huge mistake today and bc of that I was not able to do my test which was Stat. First she had a problem with putting the needle the IV in my hand and then once we got to the room to do the CT scan she accidentally pushed a button on a machine that they said was fairly new and released the iodine in my body before being ready to do the test so I have to reschedule the test again and put the iodine again in my body which I was hesitant to do in the first place all because of her mistake now I have to go back and do this test
