  I want to start by saying the doctors themselves have been kind and professional. However, the membership structure and cancellation policy have been extremely disappointing and, frankly, frustrating. I initially paid $139 to sign up for the membership. Due to legitimate health issues, I was only able to use 3 visits, and the remaining visits were lost. Shortly after, I was charged $89 again, which reset my visits, causing me to lose the unused ones from the previous cycle. Over the past month, I’ve also experienced ongoing car issues and illness within my household, making it impossible to attend appointments. As a result, I lost additional visits that I had already paid for. Despite not being able to use the service, I was charged again another $89. What is most upsetting is the strict 3-month cancellation policy, which prevents cancellation even under circumstances like illness or hardship. This means I’ve been repeatedly charged for services I physically could not use, with no flexibility or accommodation. While the care providers are great, the membership model feels very rigid and unforgiving. I would strongly encourage others to fully understand the terms before signing up, especially regarding cancellations and unused visits. Being charged repeatedly for services that cannot be used, with no flexibility, feels less like patient care and more like a billing system designed to maximize profit.

  The Joint in Ellenton has some great Doc's in there lineup, Dr Doug, and Dr Matt have been plesent to work with, my mother has loved Dr George as well... I look forward to trying their female Dr in the future. Great spot to get my tune-ups and quick adjustments, so I can hit the ground running in this fast pace world we all live in!!

  My daughter is a student athlete and has been struggling with some hip and lower back pain. Dr. Matt set up a treatment plan, and in just 1 week, she has seen improvement. I am thankful for the ability to drop in as our busy schedule allows, or checking in on the way in the app, being able to select the doctor, and all the things. The Joint has been a blessing to me, and now my daughter and we are so, so thankful they have come to Parrish!! Truly great customer service, knowledgeable and friendly doctors, and staff. All around, just a great experience!

  Great service. They do nudge you towards buying a package after their $29.99 walk and in special, but waive it if you buy a package, but it is not a switch and bait, or hard core sale like at a car dealership! My pain has been on going for a few months in my neck and shoulder. It still hurts after the initial appointment, but I wasn’t expecting for the pain to be gone after the first visit. George was great and spend quite a bit of time with me. He made some of the pain go away, but I will see him again since I talked myself into buying a 6 visit package for $209

  Dr. Hannah is great, takes her time and makes sure you get the treatment you need. The other doctors I've seen at the Parrish office seem to rush the treatment. Front desk assistants are always happy and friendly! Never seems to be much of a wait.
