  My recommendation is if you get blood work from more than one doctor in a given period, make sure the tech sends off for the correct labs to be executed. This place has done the wrong labs for me on more than one occasion.

  I never used the center before. It was clean, welcoming and my phlebotomist was nice as well.

  Appointments are met on time. Staff was very friendly and professional when dealing with some people who didn't have Appointments and somehow blame the staff for it. I am a total wuss and they've never hurt me.

  We've been going to Quest at this location for years and never have we had a complaint, but this past week, my husband, 84, had blood drawn by an uncaring, uninterested, disdainful person who not only treated him as if he were some sort of lowlife, but left a large bruise where she punctured him. It seemed evident she did not want to be bothered with some old, white man. It is 5 days later and still painful.

  I've always made scheduled appointments online and my wait time is never more than 5-10min MAX. My phlebotomist was amazing - so pleasant, kind, personable, and very professional. I get stuck a lot with needles between infusions, frequent lab work, ongoing surgeries, etc and I literally did not feel ANYTHING this last time at Quest. Her name was Amy Lee (not sure of her last name) and she was FANTASTIC. She actually brightened my day even though she didn't realize how much I actually needed it that day....
