First if you have not gotten a refer from your primary care they will not see you...ok but if you are going for GI and the primary care Dr. hasn't seen them for this issue and you would like to use a specialist... you know freedom of choice in health care... you still have to jump through that extra hoop... again ok maybe or just say you don't have primary care. (Yes I have insurance Tri-care) Second I was then told if they do see her they really can't do anything anyways because they no longer have any machines to do any kind of scans or procedures...(which just so you know you can out source imaging right here in Lynn Haven/Panama City) so what is the point of that... the reciptionist said we would have to then go to Pensacola anyways...so why pay 3 COPAYS! and go to 2 unessecary Dr. which both will obviously have week long wait times. You people are out of your minds and no longer have the interest of patients in mind. Also on a sidenote I was told by the Center for GI (or whatever it is called they gave me this copay collections facilities number) that Dr Z is leaving or retiring anyways and they are probably super backed up. Hmmm maybe why the receptionist is encouraged to stall appointment..... Just saying.

Their staff is friendly, they always answer the phone and any questions I’ve had. Dr. Z and his NP Cody are great. We went for our initial Wellness check and then soon after my son hurt his arm and so we’ve had several visits since. They have always seemed concerned, caring and professional and just top notch! I am very pleased with the care my son and daughter have received and would definitely recommend them!
