  My trips to Miracle Ear in Panama City are always pleasant. Ramon and Rose are so sweet and very helpful. They are always there when I need them and they adjust my hearing aids as needed. Very happy with the service I receive from this office.

  If you need hearing aids in Panama City, go to Miracle Ear! Ramon Garcia was wonderful, easy to talk to and answered all my questions. The actual hearing test used advanced technology and was FAR SUPERIOR to the test I had done previously at Gulfcoast Hearing Center. Thanks to Ramon, I ended up purchasing exactly what I wanted. There’s a reason he has all 5 star reviews.

  Rose is very nice and willing to help you Ramone is very knowledgeable and tries his best in anyway he can to solve any problem that you may have.

  My grandma has been coming here for a couple of years now and while the service is normally good I am not okay with a comment made by the receptionist, Rose, today. We waited an hour for the appointment she had at 1030 (got back there at 1130) which we understand some visits can take time. My grandma did make the comment after 45 minutes of waiting; "I dont know why we make appointments." Rose overheard her and started trying to explain to her that they took a walk in and she was cleaning her hearing aids and when the doc was finishing up with the last appointment now. My grandma couldnt hear her because she didnt have her hearing aids and she told Rose that and Rose said "your daughter can tell you" while looking at me.. Im her granddaughter but decided not to take offense to it because my grandma looks young and I'm sure nothing was meant by it. I didnt get upset until I started repeating what Rose was saying and over heard Rose say as she was walking down the hallway "Stop being so crabby.." I was taught to respect my elders and my grandma being 97, I know she was older than Rose, but being someone who's worked retail her whole working life, I wouldn't have NEVER said that in ear shot of a customer/client. I know people can frustrate you, but go in the bathroom and say it.. not walking down the hallway where we can hear you. My grandma may need hearing aids, but I don't! That was rude.
