  May be quick to take your blood, but Always check your lab test results carefully, they are not always accurate according to the Dr's order. Needed Lipid panel update, and not one test result included anything to do with cholesterol - TOTAL MISS BY QUEST. Trying to get them on the phone?? Good luck! Will have to take time off from work again to stop by in person to see if I can get help or schedule another appointment to get what they should have provided according to the DR order the first time.

  It was the best experience I've ever had giving blood the little lady that took my blood was very good at her good I've had lady's to hurt me to the point I've pasted out this lady never hurt me she really did a good job

  Quest Diagnostics, is convenient for me . Very close to my home, I didn't know i would get through when I went. But luckily, they wasn't busy always patient and professional. I love this place!

  This was the worst experience ever, I called prior to the arrival. The lady on the phone said we accept all walk-ins. No need for an appointment. That was my whole purpose for calling when we arrived, we signed in as a walk-in had to step outside and stand with a crowd who is also waiting to be seen as well. It was so packed.Then on the way up to Panama City my daughters school called said I needed to pick her up she was sick running a fever mind you, she was in the car, not feeling good waiting to get to our next stop which was the ER, while they made us wait an hour and a half only for them to turn us down saying they were so busy we would have to make an appointment for another day. How come they couldn’t have told us from the start, right when we signed in?Instead they made us wait there. I’m upset because I called that morning specifically just to be certain that we could walk in they already knew this location is busy like that every day this wasn’t just a one time deal (they have statistics about there offices) you definitely could tell so why not send the emails out to you explaining the information letting you know you have to have an appointment… it’s really ridiculous! I don’t think they know what they’re doing… or even specific info on there locations. My advice is taking a lounge chair to be able to post up outside because you’re not going to have any where to sit down inside, Don’t rely on what they tell you over the phone and be prepared to wait all day!!! I won’t be back to this location!!! Thanks 👌
