  Was so impressed with the kind, knowledgeable staff at "Family First Vision Care"! My tech was Erin and she did my preliminary testing. She was very nice and helpful. She explained what each test was and how it helped show the health of my eyes. Dr. Holcomb was great! He is very friendly and willing to answer any questions. He did a great job with the exam and explained how much my eyes have actually improved! He also explained what was happening with a problem that I was having. Then I got to meet Richard. He was the gentleman that helped me with getting frames. I am disabled and living on just my social security. I had picked out three frames only to find out that two of them were, as Richard put it, "Mercedes" and the other a "Honda", the latter being very similar to what I have now. He asked if I would like something a little different and then went and picked several frames, one of which I chose. Then came the process of finding out how much this was going to cost. Even with my insurance, the first number was too high for me. Richard then crunched the numbers and I took off some extras and he got a figure that I could afford. He spent so much time with me and me taking away and adding things and he was so understanding and kind through it all. If I could give these folks 10⭐ I would.

  The District Manager was nice and friendly; the Optometrist was knowledgeable and gentle. He walked my daughter and I through every step of what he was doing. But Tory at the front desk started off with a bad attitude but softened up after a while. We drove over an hour to the location and due to traffic ended up 8 minutes late and I was treated as if we came an hour late. She said she had a cancelled appointment so all she had to do was check us in and carry on. She had to tell us about how she will have to do the iPad because we came late. [ (we have a 10-minute window, and I was with 17 years old (who can use an iPad faster than a teen?)] Overall, the experience was nice and I will return.
