  The eye exam is well done. Also loved the care once received, However was seen 65 minutes past my appointment time. They did apologize once I got in the back but I feel as though when you check in they should explain they are over an hour behind and give you an option to reschedule if need be. I was advised the check in person was new but let's train them to be up-front with the customers.

  This was my first visit to the Eye Center in PCB on Hutchinson Road. The staff and the Physician were Friendly, informative, thorough and took great care of me. I didn’t have to wait either. Thank you!

  I called to check the status of my glasses and the lady said “they haven’t came in yet it hasn’t even been two weeks they usually come in at 3” her tone sounded irritated that we were even asking about it horrible customer service

  Our visit was perfect fir our yearly exams. Mere wait time after arriving, maybe 10 minutes. Staff got us ready for doctor with vision tests, pressure checks, dilation in a very timely gentle manner prior to Dr. Edinger's exam. The only suggestion we have is that elderly, above 70, patients wait to leave, walk to car, drive home afterwards. Husband with Parkinson's Disease and I could not see to go out door as sunlight hit white concrete stoop and we both were blinded even with disposable shades we were given at checkout! We had plans to go eat as was lunchtime but drove carefully home instead! Maybe we'll Uber next time or take a nap there until our eyes adjust.

  I am writing to formally document my dissatisfaction with the services provided by Eye Center of North Florida in Panama City Beach. On the date of service, I paid $104 for my prescription glasses frame. At that time, I was informed that the glasses would be ready for pickup within a maximum of three weeks and that I would receive a text notification once they were available. After more than three weeks passed without any communication, I contacted the office and was advised that the glasses were ready for pickup. I reside approximately one hour away and made the trip with my daughter. Upon arrival, I was informed that only the frame had arrived and that the prescription lenses were not available. We were then instructed to return on Friday, with assurance that the lenses would be available at that time. Before making another one-hour drive, I called to confirm availability and was told the glasses were still not ready. No explanation, timeline, or resolution was provided. Additionally, the level of customer service has been unacceptable. There has been no professional customer care whatsoever. During one of my calls seeking clarification, the call was disconnected, and subsequent attempts to reach the office were unanswered. This lack of communication and accountability is concerning. This situation has resulted in unnecessary travel, inconvenience, and emotional distress for my child, who was repeatedly told her glasses were ready when they were not. I expect clear communication, accountability, and a prompt resolution to this matter.
