Had an appointment for 8:50 filled out all paperwork ahead of time and arrived 15 minutes early. It was 9:50 before I went back to triage and then sat for another 40 minutes waiting for doc. Was there for 2 hours after my scheduled time. Would not recommend anyone using this facility staff is very lazy and not friendly.
Our 11 year old had to get stitches removed and based off of online reviews we chose American Family Care while on vacation in Panama City. We didn't realize before our visit you can schedule an appointment ahead of time so we were a walk-in appointment at 8:00 am. I contemplated leaving, making a future appointment and coming back but decided to wait it out at least an hour to see if it could get done. We waited a short wait time of 30/35 minutes (11 people ahead of us) and stitches were removed and we walked out right at 9:00 am - in and out in an hour! The entire staff and reception were friendly, quick and professional. I highly recommend American Family Care.

I made my appointment on line same day. Several people had appointments. Each and every person was seen quickly. The receptionist is extremely pleasant and helpful. I cant ever remember a doctor's office when the admin person was so nice and professional. The nurse and the doctor/female PA. all so NICE and professional and proactive. I was very sick and the doc listened and prescribed all the right meds plus gave me a nebulizer treatment. I dont want to be sick again but if I am this is the only place I will go. No driving over the bridge....Right in front of Walmart easy to find. Thank you!!!

Started to get a sore throat last night so went online looking for a full service urgent care facility for first thing this morning. American Family Care fit my criteria and I was able to book an appointment for first thing this morning and complete the paperwork as well. I was seen even before my appointment time, checked for strep, and when that was negative, for COVID and flu. Within 10 minutes, the results came back flu and 5 minutes later I was out the door and on my way to pick up a prescription. Overall time 30 minutes in and out. Everyone was friendly and caring. Cannot recommend highly enough!
I have been back twice since this first visit because the flu left me open to some opportunistic bacterial nonsense that invaded my sinuses and lungs. Their care is exceptional and I highly recommend them. They have kept me out of the hospital and on the mend.

Ive been going to this clinic for years. However, January 24 was my last visit.
They sent me an email on February 7th saying they were going to take out $283 from my account in 2 days. Called them on the 9th. Thought it was taken care, after I sent screenshot of what bcbs showed what they paid and what I owed.
On February 23rd they sent a text message(no email) from some random number saying they were going to take it out again in 2 days. Called again! Thought it was taken care of.
Today 283 has taken out of my account with no warning from an email or bogus text message. Seems shady.
Called bcbs again. They confirmed the same thing they confirmed back in February. They said AFC clinic tried to process the same claim twice. One was denied and the other one was approved on February 18. That I DID NOT owe 283.
No help from anyone at afc. One girl sounded like she has just been woken up from a deep sleep. Spent about 1 hour on wait time with afc, but some how got straight through to blue cross with out wait, or being put on hold for 30 minutes.
I guess im going to have to draw this out and deny it with my bank.
I dont know what kind of scam your trying to do, but I will not be passive.
Also be careful. "The building takes your your insurance, but the doctor they send in "isn't on that plan".
But, still they are only allowed to charge you what the insurance allows. So be cautious.
