I was treated terrible by Iris Llorca
One of the rudest individuals I’ve come across. She speaks down to people- as though you are a child- and came off super passive aggressive—
I was extremely shocked at the way I was treated. Shame on you Nicklaus Clause for hiring such a terrible representative for this facility.
