I have been to several chiropractors in my life, and she used a technique that I was not familiar with called SOT. She explained how this non-forceful technique helps to stretch muscles allowing my pelvis to relax, which helped to relieve my low back pain. Dr. Stoakes is a great doctor and has helped me to have less pain in my life. I would definitely recommend seeing her!
