  The phlebotomist that did my draw was excellent, she put me at ease and got it on the first try with almost no pain. 11/10 .

  Took my 13 year old daughter here to have blood drawn for the first time and had a great experience. Our person was Jordan and she was amazing! She was patient with my daughter and walked her through the whole process while also making sure she was ok before, during and after her blood draw. The waiting room was clean, check in was smooth and wait time was short as we had an appointment. Will definitely return for any future needs and would recommend to others. Thanks Jordan!

  This is my "local" for lab bloodwork and I'm always amazed by the efficiency of the operations, from the ease of making an appointment online, to the automated check-in process that actually recognizes your docs when you scan them, to the friendly and competent staff that gets you out the door promptly. During my last visit, Jordan went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and calm (I'm skittish when it comes to blood draws), keeping me both informed entertained throughout the process. Also appreciated her apprising me to upcoming appointment dates that I was unaware of! Looking forward to trying out her cabbage and bacon recipe soon =)

  I took my boyfriend to this location for routine blood tests for his primary care doctor. He hadn’t had blood drawn in 2 years due to a horrible experience in a doctor’s office where they stuck him 6 times before getting blood & he proceeded to pass out from anxiety. I took him to this Quest Diagnostics location & accompanied him while he saw Jorden the phlebotomist. She went above & beyond to ensure my boyfriend was comfortable & not traumatized again. She calmly assured him that she would get his blood on the first try & of course she did. She talked about how common it is for people to have anxiety with needle sticks & offered a bunch of relaxing techniques including smelling an alcohol wipe, deep breathing, cracking jokes & checking in with him throughout the entire procedure. She even took out a fan to blow cool air on him after his blood draw was all done to make sure he was okay. My boyfriend was more than okay. He ended up feeling so relaxed & relieved with Jorden that he didn’t even notice when she finished. He didn’t pass out & even said at the end of his visit that he would come back & request Jorden immediately in the future if necessary. Thank you Jorden for your amazing & professional approach & warm presence! You make a difference in our community!
