Can’t get an appointment. Won’t take more than 5 walk-in’s at a time. Absolutely packed.

If you need to talk to someone, it’s not going to happen. If you have trouble on the site and you need help, it’s not going to happen. If you need to verify an appointment, it’s not going to happen. If your insurance allows you to go to another lab, do it or you’re going to develop high blood pressure on this one. As a medical worker for 45 years in the medical field, the hospital I worked for would never allow this inconsideration towards patients. Total ridiculousness.

Slowest office I've ever been too.

We took our father there to have blood work done on four separate occasions. Each time we experienced painfully slow service. On one week day we arrived to find them closed without notice. We were given the direct line to speak to someone on that office but could never get anyone to answer the phone. So what should have taken 15 minutes took an hour. Ironically they post how long you should expect to wait, but that was not even close to how long it takes. If you have nothing to do with your day then this would be the place to go, otherwise i recommend another facility

I had a very bad experience on my first visit to Quest Diagnostics, 21 Hospital Dr., Palm Coast, FL.
I made an appointment on-line at their website the night before I was to have blood drawn. My appointment was for 10:00 am. When I arrived the waiting room was packed; which, is not a good thing in this deadly Flu season. I arrived 10 minutes early. I was not called into the lab until 10:40 am. I was furious because I had a Dr. appt. scheduled after this appt. When I was called in, I complained to the tech. that I had an appointment and was allowed to sit there for over 40 minutes. She said I did not show in the computer system as having an appt. So, if you use this Lab, and you make an appointment, print out the appointment. They have a problem with their website not functioning properly with appointments.
Also, when I got to the elevator to go to their suite on the second floor. The sanitizer dispenser was empty. When I left, the sanitize dispenser for the down elevator was again empty. Again, this Flu season has not peaked and it is a deadly Flu season. Where are the proper health concerns at this facility.
Next, I had give a urine sample. In the bathroom, when I went to wash my hands, there was no soap in the soap dispenser. Again, what is going on here? This is a medical facility!
The next time I see my Dr. I am telling her I need to find another Medical testing Lab that is more efficient and implements the proper sanitizing practices at their facility.
This Medical Lab missed on so many levels. I will not be a returning patient.
