  Today 21 minutes after checking in early for my appointment time I finally got a seat as the waiting room AND exterior hallway were full of people waiting. Then about 40 minutes of waiting a staff member came out to announce “we are about 1-1/2 hours behind and are having staffing issues.” And then, recall that every chair is in use because of the long wait and that people have been standing for long periods of time and sitting on the tile floor in the hallway waiting, a staff member just came out and asked a patient to get out of his chair in the corner so that a staff member with a piece of paper in her hand could sit there (it was implied she needed to do so as part of her duties). I have watched multiple people come in and check in right beside her and she is silent, she has not said a word to anyone and is just sitting there holding a folded paper. This is insane and completely unprofessional. The majority of those waiting are here with canes, one man in a wheelchair, and people are still in the hall yet this very young woman on the staff is sitting. I finally went over and quietly asked her what the reason she was seated there was and she states that her duties require her to sit there beside the rolling cart IN CASE someone has any questions checking in. I asked if she was aware there were still people standing in the hallway and sitting on the tile floor and if she thought it was appropriate that she and a colleague asked a patient to stand so that she could sit there and she had not helped anyone, and did she notice the canes people were using and think that perhaps she could stand while patients used the chairs. She quietly said she was told she needs to sit. I asked her to note that she was told this was not appropriate and requested that she use her voice to her superiors to note there were elderly patients standing while she sat for no reason. I am baffled by the management and operations of this location. Completely unacceptable!

  I actually just had a phenomenal experience at quest diagnostics out of all the places getting my blood work done! This quest a pinnacle is always nice fast and pleasant! A gentleman named JAMES! Let me start off by saying this man has an amazing he was very calming very nice professional and fast! I had cancer in 2023, so my veins are not very good and he took the time to listen to me and even helped me with a billing concern and told me how I could go about fixing it. I just felt I had to give a review because this is not the normal Experience at the quest diagnostics that I have had to go to since living in Florida. So James gave me hope that there are still nice people at quest.!

  Super quick and painless, I was back in my car a minute after my scheduled appointment time! Get there 10-15 minutes early, sign-in on the kiosk, and wait for them to call your name. Easy peasy. Honestly one of the fastest Quests I have ever been to and my phlebotomist was kind and helpful. Don't stress yourself out by taking all of the negative reviews at face-value.

  This is about the Palm Coast office. The office is very hard to find in the complex because the signage is pieces of paper taped to the door. There is nothing on the road outside. Having been to this office, the Granada, and the Clyde Morris, I can say the personnel at this office are newbies in comparison to those. The blood draws are more likely to cause bruising and I even had them run the wrong set of tests once. I only went back to this location because Granada is closed right now. And the Palm Coast people are also in general abrupt, not so nice. IMO. (Reported to Quest via survey)

  Horrible experience. Women was extremely rude
