The moment we walked in the door the receptionist and doctor were so nice, I'm sure we can help she cleaned his heating aid and gave us a couple ear wax removers to hold us over till we got home. When we asked what the cost was she said nothing happy to help not a usual statement in today's world most most places don't want to help and always charge if your looking for hearing aids you need to stop in and check them out.
