Shelby explained everything so well , not making anyone feel bad about themselves . I left the place with a membership and i’m so excited to start my pilates era !!

They know how to challenge you & work with injuries by giving alternative movements that work just as well. I can't thank these women enough! Their love for teaching def shines through in every class.

I appreciate this workout because it’s high intensity, but low impact on your body…no heavy weights, flipping truck tires or complicated dance moves. Just 50 minutes with the teacher’s voice, dimmed lighting, and soothing music. The Palm Coast staff was energetic and helpful without being pushy. Looking forward to my Pilates journey❤️

I just completed my 20th class and already feeling stronger and more confident. I love the reformer 1.5 classes. Meghan is always welcoming each time I walk in the door and each instructor is focused on proper form and posture while offering a challenging workout. I opted for the unlimited plan and look forward to trying some of the other classes available.

The instructors and staff are all very helpful and friendly and really make it an enjoyable experience and their studio is very clean with a relaxing atmosphere. I'm really enjoying it and would recommend to anyone looking for a really good, low impact workout!
