- LVLindy V77Mar 24, 20261.0Im very upset with this place, when my appointment was scheduled I asked how much I had to pay since I had no insurance and was paying out of pocket... The lady told me it was going to be $300, when I arrived to my appointment the front desk lady tells me that it's more than $300 I wasn't happy about it but I paid since I had to get the procedure done. Now they sent me another bill!!!! Why would I get a bill if I paid at the time of my appointment. I call the number on the bill and they can't do anything about it so they give me another number to call, so I do, this person tells me that nothing can be done because apparently if they scam people for less than $400 they can get away with it, they have to extra charge more than $400 for them to help. ( my appointment was supposed to be $300, they would've had to charged me $400 on top of the $300 for me to get help fixing the bill. They scamming people, very disappointed.

First appt was great, second appt third degree of questions on the amount I feed my child and how her GI issues were due to me feeding her too much. Didn’t seem like they were a big fan of us fixing the issue with a tongue and lip tie either, but our priorities are the wellness of our child and not hurting feelings. Glad we no longer need services because we won’t be back ✌️
