  Sub par and disappointing soul cycle experience since they moved to the Rosemary square location. This isn’t a proper outdoor setting. It takes away from the soul part of soul cycle. You cycle to the smell of Mexican food from the surrounding bars and are in the middle of a mall where people are eating 5 feet in front of the cycle bike. People walking in the mall are watching you. The headphones are wet from other peoples sweat before you. The bikes and tent are dirty. Music in the app also didn’t match the playlist played today. Save your money. Also no free parking. Instructers are not at the same caliber as they are in Chicago and New York. They are late and take 15 mins into class to even get in their bike

  Great class and so nice to be able to cycle outside. I loved the headphones because I could control the volume. ✨

  I totally get the hype now... most fun I’ve EVER had in a workout class! The setting is perfect, instructors were awesome. I went the last weekend it was operating and so sad, wish I had gone sooner before it closed up!

  OK ride. Wireless headphones worked great. Not too helpful from staff for 1st time riders. Instructor was 9 minutes late - very unprofessional! She could have provided more insight for the 1st time riders as to some of the moves. Not a very creative routine or inspiring. And, certainly not worth the premium price for Soul Cycle.
