I have had had a hip issue for a while and after doing her restore class last night (where she targeted the hips and had us do some unique “deep tissue” movements), the pain is totally gone today. She is an amazing teacher, and so knowledgeable of the body, and cares about helping her students. Thank you to Gail & to all the wonderful teachers there!

But the booking/front desk side definitely needs some training on how to handle and explain their packages. I purchased the summer special for 8 classes. When I arrived for my 5th class, I was told I had no more classes left. Turns out my package had expired a week ago — something I was never told when I bought it. Yes, I understand I should have read the fine print, but it would have been nice (and good customer service) for someone to mention the expiration date up front. What really disappointed me was the attitude at the front desk. The girl I spoke to had zero sympathy for the fact that I’d just lost 4 classes. Her attitude was basically “oh well,” and I was charged again without any attempt to work with me. Great instruction, but poor communication and customer care at the front desk.
