We used their services for 3 years. Our caregivers’ manager Kelly, in particular, was very responsive and carefully matched caregivers to my mother’s personality. We had a committed group of caregivers that had longevity with my mother so that they became part of the family. Any issue was handled immediately, e.g., if someone was having car trouble Kelly would personally step in to ensure that my mother was not alone. Our friends were amazed at the level of care and concern that each of the caregivers provided and as a testimony started using Home Care Assistance for their needs.
