  The most amazing doctor or urgent care (emergency or not) that I’ve brought my child! They went above and beyond for my son on a Sunday and I was blown away!

  The most loving and attentive doctors! Im always at peace upon my visit. Im so appreciative of the triage department. Phone manners makes inquire a breeze . Dr. MICHALACHI is the best!

  Horrible! Took my child here and they told me she had an ear infection and they would be sending a prescription for antibiotics to my pharmacy, after confirming with my pharmacy that there was no prescription I called just to be told it could take a couple of hours for them to look into this because they're busy....with no confirmation that the prescription would be sent. I only came here because my pediatrician suggested them I should've gone to my usual pediatric urgent care. Completely irresponsible!

  I unfortunately had to visit while on vacation in Florida Coming from NY (and in the healthcare field / emergency room setting), I was very nervous what to expect at a place not known to me The Nicklaus Children’s Urgent care exceeded my expectations from the time of registration until the time of discharge they were clean, professional and efficient If I ever find myself in the position of needing to return (hopefully not) it will be back here

  Thank God for a local children's urgent care with x-rays for kids that accepts many insurances. The staff was so kind and caring. After a fall on the playground, we were quickly given peace of mind knowing our child was okay. My child was able to watch TV while waiting and was then so excited to pick a prize afterwards too.
