I have brought all of my 3 grand kids to Nicholaus Children’s various times. The staff and doctors are very nice and knowledgeable and the atmosphere is kid friendly. They are never afraid of going there. The wait times are always minimal. I am so glad that we have them nearby.

Great experience! Wonderful staff. Constantly updating you on your wait and who sees you next. Nurse, xray tech, and doctor were all lovely and professional. Saw us in a timely fashion. Tv shows for kids playing to distract them. Kids get a little prize at the end. Overall, wonderful!

Thank you to the doctor who saw my daughter. Because of your careful judgment, we were able to get her the urgent care she needed and likely saved her life. What initially appeared to be the flu turned out to be something much more serious. Given her heart condition, you advised us to go to the emergency room right away, and I am so grateful you did instead of waiting a few days for testing.
I will always be thankful.

I’m sad to give this poor review as we have had good experiences in the past. However, this time it was not good at all. My daughter has had a headache with vomiting for 3-4 days. They did not run tests on her and assumed it was a virus based on other cases. After they were aware that my daughter could not keep down even water after having taken Zofran orally, they were just going to give her more orally. I had to request a shot. We were concerned of dehydration so we asked about IV fluids and they said they don’t do that. How does an urgent care not have this on hand? I
The attitude was just check her in, check her out. Even my daughter’s pediatrician said they had heard some negative feedback about Nicklaus lately. Real bummer. I hope they get their act together. Right now, they lost our trust.

Misdiagnosed both my kids and said my 4 month old had nothing wrong. We ended up in the ER two days later with RSV and rhiovirus. So bad that the baby needed oxygen and was admitted to the hospital.
