  Where do I even begin? My teeth were in very rough shape with a lot of them already pulled. Dr. Jimenez and her team were beyond amazing from the moment I walked and every time I walked out. I Can honestly say she gave me my smile back. I feel so confident, smiling in public. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!!!

  Just had my first visit to establish as a new patient. My standards were extremely high because the practice I had been going to for over 20 years set the bar pretty high. I was VERY impressed! The office was clean and well organized. The entire process from scheduling, to x-rays, to exam was smooth and easy. Every single person (front desk, assistant and dentist) was friendly, helpful and communicated well with me. I am so happy to have found New Image Dentistry!

  I have been a patient of New Image Dentistry on Minton Road for at least 10 years. Multiple family members are also long time patients. We have always had great experiences from beginning to end with a variety of treatments. The last 3-4 times have fallen short. I even sent an email to the manager Kelsey October 2024 with no response regarding the office on Palm Bay Road where I had oral surgery and had a horrible experience. Today was the last straw for me. From the moment I walked in, you now check in on an automated device, so no personal experience from the start. I did not know any of the employees working (which were just the receptionist and the person doing my cleaning)-all new faces. I was there for a routine cleaning, dentist exam, and X-rays. I was only able to get the cleaning. The dentist had quit 3 weeks prior, and I did not get a call that I would not be getting an exam and X-rays. The office staff were perfectly fine about scheduling the exam and X-rays for January 2026, which would be a total of 18 months since my last exam and X-rays. I’m not sure if my teeth were cleaned by a dental hygienist or a dental assistant today. It was only her second day. She was at times difficult to understand and her hands were shaky. She had difficulty with the dental tools and the water. I was soaked all over my face, neck, and water trickled down my back. I’ve enjoyed going to the dentist, but I was extremely close to discontinuing the cleaning. I didn’t feel safe and that the person knew what she was doing. I now have to go back in three weeks to have my exam and X-rays. The receptionist was very nice and apologetic, but did tell me she has no prior dental experience. She did say she was going to “make notes to my boss”, and I invited her boss to give me a call if they cared. I did make future appointments to have as placeholders until either I hear from a manager or if I don’t in a timely manner, I will (along with my other family members) be looking for a new dentist. Also, the number that is being left on low star reviews is not a working number. It just rings.

  Very friendly staff and the Dentist was very friendly and helpful. Definitely will be back!
