This last time they told me upfront my insurance wouldn't cover so I paid everything up front and some how there were still fees that my insurance "didn't cover". When I challenged that and told them they told me to begin with my insurance wouldn't cover they said they were hoping my insurance would "discount" it. Unbelievable, why would you hope for a discount and not be upfront about charges when you know the insurance won't cover it? And then when I'm upset about hidden charges make me leave so they don't have to make it make sense. I should've found a new dentist the first time they did this shit. Not let them keep doing it over and over, like money grows on trees. I will definitely be reaching out to a business agency regarding their fraudulent charges!

I have always had serious dental anxiety due to previous drs being awful and new image helped me so much! I literally won’t ever go somewhere else! Chris was absolutely amazing!!!!! He was beside me throughout the whole process… and I was there a lot!!!! I cried at the end because he knew exactly what my vision was and he made it happen and literally brought my smile back! They asked me throughout every single step of the process if I was okay or needed anything. Even called me the day of my big procedure to let me know everything was in, ready, looked great and they were excited for me to come in. I know this is a long review but I can’t thank them enough! Thank you so much again Chris and dr.mancia!!!!
