I had already confirmed my appt and talked with someone the day before getting my insurance updated in their system. I was 15 min. early like requested and thankfully they fit me in but they acted like it was a big inconvenience. I waited a long time (after my appt time) and it felt weird that my standing appt was being given to someone else. While I waited the receptionists were calling asking tons of people to r/s their appts and move things around. I understand you want a full schedule and things change but it's not considerate to constantly be changing appt times on people, especially when they're already driving to their existing appt time.

Dr Cruz & Carmen the dental assistant made my visit as comfortable and seamless as possible. If you haven’t met Dr Cruz I recommend you give her a try. She is understanding, informative & helpful.
