The team was very welcoming, the lobby even smelled like Christmas, everyone was patient with my father and answered all his questions. Thank you all again, and happiest of holidays!
- BPBarbara PascarellDec 22, 20251.0How can you give a hearing test if there is no soundproof booth operating. All I could hear even with the headset on is the air conditioner. As soon as I walked into the office I could smell a very potent candle wax. I stood outside to fill out my paperwork it was so strong and making me cough. I was told it was used to drowned out the smell from next door which is apparently a cannabis dispensary. The whole thing was very unprofessional . I was told the office was certified as soundproof which is untrue if you're hearing an air conditioner running.
