    Everyone was very professional. Dr. Stan did a thorough examination and gave me lots of information as well as printing it all out for me. The only suggestion I have is to send the forms ahead of the appointment time via text and email so everything is complete before the scheduled appointment.

    I called because I had a piece of metal embedded in my eye that was causing significant discomfort. The associate who answered the phone genuinely seemed to care about my situation—which is rare in modern medical offices. She quickly arranged an immediate appointment at the Palatka location. When I arrived, every person I interacted with was kind, helpful, and very friendly. The physician who treated me resolved the issue quickly and made a point to tell me that if I had any further problems, I could contact the office 24/7. I do everything I can to avoid doctors, but this team went above and beyond. They were both highly professional and genuinely personable.
