  I'm not really sociable however I do appreciate when staff attempt to do their jobs. It's as if a bunch of teenagers who could care less were hired to do this job. Now no one is rude, the vibes are pleasant, but you can just tell the bare minimum is done. The mens locker rooms are big and spacious why are the bathroom sections not cleaned every 30 minutes when there's traffic in the building and the showers? I went on Saturday - noticed red hair clumps, like thick long hair onbthe floor near the drain, i shuddered and carried on- skipped Sunday - returned Monday night for a 3 mile run - coincidentally picked that same shower I was in for a simple rinse off already turned off by the fact it immediately smelled like stale piss and a anime loving couple that just sat there for 17 hours - SAW THE SAME HAIR CLUMPS. Yall...that's NASTY!

  Zero professionalism, zero welcome. I came in on a guest pass and immediately regretted it. The place wasn’t clean, and the energy was awful. Three employees up front — one couldn’t even bother to look up from her phone, and another was being so fake-nice it was uncomfortable. Not one of them made me feel remotely welcome. On top of that, they don’t even have any group classes right now — they said they’re “in between instructors.” For a gym this size, that’s ridiculous. If this is how they treat potential members, I can only imagine how they treat paying ones. Won’t be returning, period.

  This place rocks. Clean, good tunes, people being kind to eachother, perfect temperature, nice staff. And to the Kevin who got upset having to navigate around homeless people and their dogs in the locker room: Get. Over. Yourself. Be glad IT'S NOT YOU and try showing some mercy. Anyway, the locker rooms in this place are palatial, you could bring your horse in there. Personally, I'd be delighted to see dogs in the women's locker room. Better than men pretending they're women.

  They've been charging me well after the 10th every month. So I going to cancel my account and apparently in the contract you have to do it by the 10th because that's supposed to charge you on the 11th. I find this disgusting. Haven't even been charged but you're going to charge me even though I canceled the account and I can't cancel basically this month so you're just going to give me a month without being able to cancel it's stupid it's stupid it's stupid and it's just predatory stupid so therefore you get one star I wish I can give you zero. I haven't asked the bank about stop payment and even considered paying a little bit more just to stop the payment. You suck. Your predatory ways will forever dismiss me as your customer. Goodbye and I hope you lose in the long run. You suck you suck you suck you suck you suck. I just needed some extra money to get by but here you are got me by my but here you are being the predatory corporate machine. I was a premium member for a year and a half and now I would never be your member again. Money hungry dumb dumb stupid you. I think I almost want to take you to court for deceptive practice. You are purposely charging people on the 17th to have them forget about the small print contract.
