- RHRay Horn3 days ago4.0They insisted on having. my social security number. This is not a normal practice with other physician offices and I told the front desk lady how I felt. She still insisted even though she knew how I felt. Eye care appointments are so hard to get and have such a long waiting list, I gave it to her. I now wish I did not. I would still like to hear from someone at Center for Sight as to why the requirement AND what the number will be used for. Overall healthcare was outstanding.
