  My first experience at Center for Sight in Pace was disappointing. During my visit, I overheard the doctor standing outside my room expressing frustration to a technician because I initially declined eye dilation. The technician later came in, apologized, and proceeded with the dilation. The doctor also apologized afterward. While I appreciated the accountability, it wasn’t a great first impression. Because accountability does matter to me, I decided to give them another chance a year later. Unfortunately, this visit didn’t go smoothly either. When I arrived, the front desk said I wasn’t in the system, only to realize they had entered my birthday incorrectly. I was then told my appointment had been canceled and that they didn’t have a phone number on file so I wasn’t notified of the cancellation. I found that surprising, since I had provided one during my previous visit. Overall, these experiences have been frustrating and reflect a lack of consistency in both communication and organization.

  Excellent eye care. Dr Robert Harbour, ophthalmologist, is a highly skilled doctor and eye surgeon. We are fortunate to have such a high caliber ophthalmologist in Pace. He has provided outstanding care to our family since the 1990’s. He and his team are proficient, professional, and kind. Great practice.

  Everyone was very pleasant, professional, & friendly. I definitely would recommend this to those looking for eye care, especially glaucoma or cataracts. The receptionist worked with me to get a convenient follow up appointment

  I have never felt more dismissed by a doctor in my life . I had a referral from the eye institute to see Dr.Fletcher to have my tear ducts flushed. I have struggled for years with bad watering eyes . Seen multiple doctors to see what the cause might be! They had obviously not looked at referral and asked who referred me . When I said Dr.Murphy (wrong name by mistake) He said " Murray " she's a cornea specialist . He said this multiply times like I was making up that I had been seeing her. Told his nurse to look at her referral and see who referred her, and it was the cornea specialist .He then proceeded to say " I don't know why they referred you to me , they could do this procedure in their office. I tried to explain my history but he would cut me off . Looked at my eyes and said " you have allergies" really . You don't think a cornea specialist that I am seeing would not have come up with allergies . I felt like he was in a hurry and I was waisting his time. I left and got in my car in tears . I will be canceling my future appointment . Will not recommend this office . Dr.Fletcher do better !!
