  I have been going to this QUEST location for more than 20 years. The experience on March 26/2026, was the best ever!!!!!! Help with sign in, attention to each of the patients, Jorge's personal touch is out of this world! Keep up with this service. A lot of people are intimidated by the sign in.....Jorges presence and help were a life changing experience!

  Do NOT use this Oviedo Location!!!! I went in for a blood test prior to surgery ordered by my PCP. They EASILY drew THREE vials. When my PCP called about the missing INR test results, they told her that I was a “hard stick” and they could only draw two vials, and I needed to come back for the third test. THAT WAS A COMPLETE LIE!!! They did draw THREE vials easily, I watched, as I always do as I donate Blood every 57 days. They NEVER told me to return for the third vial during my visit. Where is my third vial of blood???? They completely lied and made up a story as to why there were only two vials sent for testing. The third vial needed to be centrifuged and frozen for the INR test, prior to being sent out. I do not know what happened to my third vial of blood, but when my PCP called to ask about the test, they completely lied and made up a story about why there was not a third vial drawn and the INR test not done. Completely unprofessional, negligent and unreliable testing facility. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!
