  Have been a long-time client, until today. I drove almost 45 minutes for an 8am appointment, and unfortunately ran approximately 12 minutes late. Tried to call them at 8am several times, and to no avail. When I arrived I was told my appointment was canceled because I was more than 10 minutes late and I’d have to reschedule. Zero flexibility, no kindness whatsoever. Nothing like losing a long-time client over 2 minutes. Glad to be taking my business elsewhere. Guaranteed the owner will reply below with a care-free demeanor explaining why they could not be a little more accommodating, and caring even less about keeping me as a client by offering nothing in recompense. In 3….2….

  I’ve been a loyal customer here for years, but unfortunately, my recent experience left me very disappointed. An error was made in measuring my glasses and determining my prescription, and instead of taking responsibility, the office put me in a very difficult position. I was told my only options were to return the new glasses I’d already worn for two weeks and go back to my old, damaged pair, or keep what I had even though the mistake wasn’t mine. I offered a fair solution — to pay for new lenses out of pocket and be refunded once they arrived, since the issue originated in their office. They agreed and processed my payment, but once the corrected lenses came in, they changed their position and refused to refund me, blaming insurance instead and their policies that wont let them refund me. To make matters worse, they billed my insurance again for the corrected lenses rather than absorbing the cost of their own mistake. When I tried to resolve it with the manager, I was met with indifference and only offered a small discount. It’s disappointing that after years of loyalty, something as simple as doing the right thing over $125 cost them not just my business, but my wife’s as well. I truly hope they learn from this and treat future customers with more honesty and accountability. To this day the manager never called me as promised...

  My favorite glasses I purchased from Vision Source were in need of repair. I brought them in and was very pleasantly surprised. Although the lobby was packed, tech Rob saw me within a few minutes, whisked away my Oakleys, and less than ten minutes later came back with them repaired, the frame tightened, and looking brand new. I did not expect such good service on the spot without an appointment. Thank you!
