StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Oviedo offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

While I knew stretching was essential, I wasn’t sure how to effectively target the problem areas—until I found StretchLab Oviedo. I’ve been going since they opened about a year ago, and the experience has exceeded every expectation. The entire staff is fantastic—professional, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Special recognition goes to Maddie and my flexologist, Jouna, whose skill and dedication have directly and meaningfully impacted my physical well-being. Thanks to my work with Jouna, I’ve been able to remain active and even complete a half marathon—something I couldn’t have imagined doing without this kind of support. If you’re looking for a place that combines expertise with a supportive, non-intimidating environment, I can’t recommend StretchLab Oviedo highly enough.
