It isn’t crowded during the times I go. If there was one change I would like to see is get rid of the signs at the bathrooms saying they celebrate all genders. We don’t need to celebrate a persons personal decisions. Let a gym be a gym. Other than that, a great all around gym and value.

I sustained a shoulder injury and could no longer work out at my current gym due to the equipment being too difficult to adjust with 1 arm. I came here and not only is the equipment easy and smooth to use, but their recovery section has cryotherapy and hydra massage. What a lifesaver!!! The crowd was light and super comfortable to be in. The staff was super sweet and helpful as well. I feel confident to say that I not only can recover my shoulder at this gym, but continue to use it afterwards.

While I appreciate the initiative to provide a fitness space within our community, I feel compelled to address some significant design flaws within the gym’s layout. The arrangement of the workout machines has not been thoughtfully considered, leading to an uncomfortable environment for patrons. Specifically, the machines face one another, which creates an awkward atmosphere, as individuals are forced to work out in close proximity and directly face each other. Given the small size of the gym, this issue becomes even more pronounced, affecting the overall experience of using the facilities. I believe there is an opportunity for improvement, and I urge you to re-evaluate the design to enhance user comfort and functionality. Also, in the back where the Olympic machines are, there’s not enough, ventilation. I look forward to seeing positive change in the future, as I currently do not anticipate returning under the present conditions.
