I joined Club Pilates to build strength and maintain my health after a diagnosis with MS and have become a true addict! We work hard, build each other up and have fun both in and out of the studio !

Each class starts with basic Pilates instruction but then each class is so different. Adding new stretches and moves each class. The instructors are all so helpful and great. I am probably the least coordinated person in Oviedo, but the instructors always help me through each session and I feel so strong and successful when when I leave. My favorite class is Center and Balance which is very zen and I leave that class feeling an inch taller each time. Thanks to the Team of instructors and staff at Club PIlates Oviedo-they are the best. I am so grateful for this studio!!
