They care about what hurts, how to modify so you can still work out and if life happens they are very supportive. I’ve had to stop and start and go back to level one but regardless of how long it’s been or how often I go I always feel amazing after my classes. Bonus I’ve met some really awesome people here from all walks of life and age groups which is inspiring to say the least. So whether you’re a war vet a grand mom or an expecting mom or even a college kid this place is truly a one size fits all. Special shoutout to Andrea for never letting me quit on myself.
