- LBLee BurgessDec 6, 20251.0Honestly, the one star is more for the overall organization than the location itself. It’s so horribly run. They make donating blood so difficult. My experience with this location may have been affected by my overall trying to donate due to my frustrations. I had an appointment at a bus for double reds and after the bus opened 10 mins late they told me they didn’t have staff qualified to do a double red donation and to come to this location. I drive 20 minutes to the location to be told I can’t do double reds because of my blood type. I donated whole blood instead and somehow the process took longer than any donation I’ve ever given in a bus. The staff was quiet and neutral, certainly not friendly but not rude either. They are probably tired of frustrated customers taking out their overall frustrations on them because the company is run so poorly.

- KYKevin YoungSep 2, 20251.0Took time off work for a 12 o'clock appointment and literally walked out after sitting there for over 30min and I didnt even get back to get registered. This place is so disrespectful. There is a black lady here that obviously hates her job and everyone around here. Literally being rude to the other workers as well. I have a full time job and have to take time off of work because TRT requires some to have double red cell donations to stay within healthy ranges. I will never come here again and I will tell everyone I know what a waste of time and resources this place is. Honestly, whoever reads these of is the boss really needs to step up and do their job. How many bad comments does this place really need before something is done. Do i blame the workers or management for letting this continue. You literally pay me for my donation so why am I treated like you are doing me a favor. Your workers are rude and totally unhappy. This boss and management must be some real pushovers. What a joke and waste of time. Never again!
