Very Very Very Unprofessional wait till the day of my appointment to tell me I need a referral from two different doctors just to be seen by one doctor instead of calling me . Just like they won’t 24 hour in notice that you can’t make your appointment they should call 24 hours beforehand and tell you what all I need for an appointment. Not to mention I was here on 1/23/26 and who ever scheduled my appointment asked what location I wanted to be seen at I told her Ormond beach she booked me for prance city so 1/23/26 to 2/23/26 should have gave them plenty of time to pick up the phone and call and give this information. Very very disappointed .

I went to Dr Grimes thinking I would get help for mild cognitive impairment. He looked at the test Dr Bailey did & said the drug doesn't really help. She had stated it would & he said I can take it but it won't' help. The pharmacist stated many people are on Donepezil must help. I had other issues he had no comments just said come back in 6 months. I didn't think fast enough to say Why?? I wish there were other neurologist in New Smyrna poor choice.

My scheduled appointment with Dr. P was 02/09, 10:45 am for my monthly appointment. Computer problems caused me to have to wait until noon to see the doctor. He stated he would send in my prescription at that time. Spoke with Shauna last evening and the script had not been sent. She indicated it would be sent last evening. Today, 02/11, no script has been received. Have called repeatedly over the course of past two days and now I am out of medication. I am also an A-Fib patient and being out of one of my sustaining meds has a high probability of kicking off AF. I am disappointed and scared. How does this happen? Someone needs to fix this situation quickly.

Ben trying for about 6 weeks to get a new patient appointment. The office rarely returns my phone calls. I hand delivered a record request form to the Ormond beach office so they could get records from my previous pain management doctor. I waited 2 weeks and they didn’t bother to send the form. I had to email it to the new patient coordinator. Then I waited another 2 weeks and finally called my previous pain management doctor to see if they ever even got the faxed form and they did not. Kind of ridiculous. It’s bad enough dealing with a rare, painful disease that nobody seems to know how to treat. It makes it even more unbearable when you’re dealing with that and being ignored by people who are supposed to help you. Another example of a failed medical system.

I went to this place on a referral and the service I received was unbelievable and I don't mean that in a good way. I met with Dr Grimes I do believe his name was and he actually performed a SOBRIETY TEST on me. I was like is this REALLY HAPPENING??? I'm sitting there with a pain level of like maybe 9 and I'm being performed a SOBRIETY TEST. I couldn't believe what I paid money for bc I got no type of relief. So, needless to say I won't be going there again. Then, he tells me that I should have went to a neurosurgeon instead bc there was nothing he do. Such a horrible experience so everyone be sure that you are going to see the right kind of specialist. Obviously, I was at the wrong place.
