  I've used this location for years and it was great.. until my appointment a few months ago. The doctor I made the appointment for wasn't there and then "Antonietta" sold me glasses will all sorts of options and a protection plan I didn't need or want. Now I get a letter from MetLife that the lenses aren't covered at all. I called MetLife and after going over the bill it seems Target sold me lenses that aren't covered by my plan and they overcharged me for the frames and the options too. I filled out the contact form and was told someone would contact me in 5 business days.. those 5 business days have come and gone. **Update after Target's response** I've already used that form you posted. That's the one that said I'd get a response in 5 business days. It's been two weeks. Today I emailed Target Optical customer care and they responded that the manager said I should contact my insurance. So they responded to customer care but they couldn't respond to me and answer my one simple question? Also I DID contact my insurance, they are the ones who said you sold me lenses that aren't covered and you overcharged me for everything else. The bottom line is a long time customer won't be coming back and will tell everyone with ears to NEVER use Target Optical.

  I had a wonderful experience at Target Optical thanks to the excellent service I received from Katherine. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I had all the information I needed without feeling rushed. Her friendly attitude made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Truly outstanding customer service!

  I recently visited the Target Optical center at Waterford Lakes and was blown away by the exceptional customer service I received from Antoinetta. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products and was able to answer all of my questions with ease. She even went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair of glasses that fit my face shape and prescription. I will definitely be returning to this optical center for all of my eyewear needs. Thank you Antoinetta for the outstanding customer service! Job well done!!
