- KKKenny KosmaApr 1, 20262.0Dr Patel was great, she was attentive and kind, Sandy and Robert and the staff were great to work with. I just hate that they made it mandatory to get retinal imaging as part of the comprehensive examination or they wouldn’t see me, and insurance doesn’t cover it so you have to pay out of pocket. Not only was I forced to get the imaging done, no one ever spoke to me about the results of the images. Definitely felt like a cash grab. Love the staff but might consider going elsewhere so I don’t have to pay and extra $50 a year for zero added value or information.

He showed me the different lenses via the computer. You can actually view how it will look if you purchase it. They have a return policy and unfortunately I had to exchange my new purchase. John was more than happy to help me! Thanks John!
