  Excelente atención recibida. Siempre hago mis citas en la locación de Stoney Brook .No hay muchas personas, aceptan walking y una muchacha que creo se llama Eddilli no recuerdo bien su nombre es excelente, tiene una mano que ni la aguja sientes. Estoy muy feliz con el servicio que recibí en este Quest, muy profesional. Lo recomiendo 💯 por ciento. 👍

  Every time we got an appointment, they are always running late with patients. Front door of the office needs to be fix. Somebody can get hurt.

  By far the worst lab I have been to. Showed up 1 hr before my appt. First of never, do that at Quest. I watched them take walk ups that checked in after me. I recommend Lab Corp. Always in and out with them. If you want a lab that you can't call and speak to a person or that has a receptionist then stay very far from here. I should have read the reviews before giving them a try. The one positive thing of this whole experience was the lab technician (Alidi) that drew my blood was amazing. So delicate and easy. I wish everyone was like her.

  They don’t deserve a star,( but if i dont put at least one I cannot postmy comment), terrible service. My little girl (6 years old), was scared and the lady did not try to calm her down, instead she said: “ don’t be crying on me, you are doing worse thinks to your brother.” What does she mean, how does she know, you dont live with us, who do you think you are. And when my daughter ask her for a baby needle, she said: “ you not gonna be staying her all day, you dont need baby needle you get a regular one”. What was the problem about the baby needle, just say YES, and then use a regular one, she doesn’t know the difference. When the procedure was over, she ask for a sticker and the lady said NO, because she was crying, so my daughter was a little upset and when the nurse saw her she gave her rhe sticker, was all this necessary, when in the end she still get the sticker? Never again TERRIBLE SERVICE
