A big difference from the last time I was there. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I was a walk in and only waited 10 minutes. It was fantastic! Already bragging on what a great experience I had. Brilliant job guys!

The technician, Saraia, was excellent—very friendly and highly competent. Her technique was flawless; I barely felt the needle at all. She made the entire experience comfortable and relaxing, all while maintaining a positive and reassuring attitude. Truly outstanding service—10/10.

I have never been good at getting blood drawn. The last couple of times I blacked out while I was driving away! Didn’t pass out, but my vision went completely black. I told Karen all my concerns from the beginning. She said I had quite a few vials to fill and asked which arm I prefer. She tried the first, but it didn’t take. With having to fast, and a fear of needles, I started to cry uncontrollably…Then, she tried the other arm with a butterfly needle. Karen was SO patient and kind and talked to me the entire time. I understand it’s a business, and they need to hurry with the patients to get a certain number per hour, but Karen was not pressured by that, thank goodness! She was so patient with me…and also let me sit for a little after she was done. Karen, I wish you well! You are such a great person.

Easy check in; love the screen that reflects line up / status of when you will be called. I arrived at 10:19 am for a 10:30 am appointment. I was as scheduled and was finished by 10:40 am.
Came in and someone named Zee went to draw my blood, stuck the needle in, blood didn't start coming out, so she started to move the needle in and out over and over and very little blood came out. Then she started to move the need left and right, which I'm telling you, if I was squeamish, that would have got me. She was only able to get the blood to fill up 1/4 of the tube and she just looked at me said, that should be enough. 2 hours later I removed my bandaid and this is the bruising on my arm. My arm has never looked like this and I've never seen anyone have issues drawing blood. I'm also always the one that medical staff say "you have great veins for drawing blood!"
