  First of all I HATE having my blood drawn. I get faint, nervous sweats etc. After mistakenly going to and checking into the wrong location down the street, I wasn't off to greatest start. I arrived at 2000 N Alafaya Trail #100, Orlando, FL 32826 where Aliyah told me I could check in again as a walk in. She was able to call me back within 10 min. My veins are nearly non existent where ppl normal look to draw from and getting it from the tops of my hands is what I've become accustomed to after a few pricks or tries. However, Aliyah didn't waste any time, she could see my veins were not going to show up for her and grabbed a butterfly needle to go into my hand. She was phenomenal and easily calmed my nerves about having my blood drawn by starting up a totally unrelated conversation with me and taking my mind off of the process. If there is a way to request her I would - each and every time.

  It was the fastest and easiest check in ever! The staff was really nice and spoke very good English. Me and my wife had appointments there at the same time. No sweat!
