  For the love of God please avoid this place. Go anywhere else if you value your time and veins. I get to my appointment early and they have THE tiniest waiting area I’ve ever witnessed. So naturally I wait outside because there’s not a place to even stand, it’s so packed. I’m waiting 10 minutes after my appointment time and I can see the lady say a name and go back in without anyone so I wait for her to come back out to the waiting room and I peek my head in to ask if she called for my name and she said yes. I asked why they don’t come outside if people are waiting out there, because the room is so small and she doesn’t answer. Great. I told the associate what’s the best vein and she accidentally pulled the needle and now my vein is super swollen and I have never had an experience like this and will never return to this location.

  I PAID 2 invoices and those WERE NOT REFLECTED ON THE SYSTEM YET. I need someone to call me asap. Your system is SO SLOW! I need them To be processed asap. Fake company.

  Even though the waiting room is small, and they do not have soap or paper towels in the bathroom, they still get 5 stars. Sheila is the best and i enjoy seeing her every time i visit.

  I don’t want to even rate this place beacause of the horrible experiencie I had with this lady baje Sheila she needs to be fired as soon as possible this is my second time I was at the question in Princeton and both times she had being talking to me in a condesending way and it was obvios she was racist towarfs hispanics. I hope the corporate office see this because she is shame to the company treating patients in a discriminatory way. I am about to file a law suit against this place and her for allowing her to discriminate against patients and denying services beacause or my race or nationality. I asked for a Supervisor lead person Edmary and proceeded to take care of me and was assistimg with my Billing issues as well. She said will speak to her and apologized for the inconvenience. I call corporate the same day to escálate this problem. I need someone to contact me asap and fired her people like that should not be working with patients not customers. I open s case already 620865 and needs attention on this matter before it gets worst. Also, I noticed when i left she was changing with an afroamerican patient like peaches and cream. It was obvoius of the discrimination and racial from her part.
