It was easy to check in. The staff was friendly and courteous and the facility was clean. Total time spent there was approximately 20 mins. No long waiting time.
I need regular PSA checks due to prostate cancer and your staff is always friendly and very good at what they do. Place is always very clean, no wait with appointments and waits have been short for walk ins.
I greatly appreciate the care and kindness that was shown to my daughter during our recent visit. I believe the staff members name was Maribel?? She was in room 4 that day and was very nice to us.

Destiny and Jewel at Quest Diagnostics were absolutely wonderful. I had a very large amount of bloodwork that needed to be done due to infertility testing, and I am also a very hard stick, so this was not an easy appointment. On top of that, I had to be fasting, which made it even more challenging.
They both worked together to make me feel comfortable and cared for throughout the process. They were efficient, diligent, careful, and respectful every step of the way. I was truly blown away by their kindness, professionalism, and teamwork. I am so grateful for the way they handled such a difficult blood draw experience.

*Be aware when booking a later time*
So I used to go to Quest by Challenger Parkway but stopped going there because of the smell (I have a sensitive nose and dust allergies). It smelled like dust and latex, so I went to Quest in Waterford. I’ve been going here for a few years. It’s cleaner and for the most part they were friendly, although a couple of them did bruise my arms. Because of my schedule, I usually pick a later appointment time. I’ve noticed a few times after blood work that they would walk me out to unlock the doors for me. I thought it was odd being that their hours on the door said 3:30pm, but didn’t think too deeply about it. Mind you, my second to last appointment there was at 2:40pm and they take you pretty quickly.
My last appointment was an important one where I needed to take it roughly 48hrs apart from last labs. I chose 3:10pm for my time and arrived there at 3:11pm. The doors were locked and the lights were off!!! I was so confused. The door said open until 3:30pm and I made an appointment. At that point, all my past appointments where they needed to unlock the doors to let me out made sense. I get people want to go home early, but this is wrong! If you can’t stay open until 3:30, then don’t list it on the door, don’t have an appointment slot available for 3:10. I NEEDED to get my labs done that day
I called my doctors office while I sat in the parking lot to find another alternative (while I was sitting, saw one of the workers walk out at 3:30ish and relock the doors). Luckily, I found out about Orlando Health Labs and was able to do my blood work same day. The place is super clean, near challenger parkway, they don’t question you when you need to use a butterfly needle due to small veins, super friendly, very careful when placing the needle (I’ve had a couple bruises from Quest), take walk-ins, open until 5pm, and use wraps instead of cheap tape that rip your arm hairs off. I will never go back to Quest and whoever runs this place needs to have a talk with their employees about keeping their doors open. Also being gentle when placing the needle because a couple of them are rough and move the needle a little when exchanging tubes to fill a new one
