  I PAID 2 invoices and those WERE NOT REFLECTED ON THE SYSTEM YET. I need someone to call me asap. Your system is SO SLOW! I need them To be processed asap. Fake company.

  TERRIBLE PLACE DO NOT GO HERE!! THEY WILL MESS UP WITH YOUR BLOOD AND ALL YOU GET IS A APOLOGY. A WASTE OF TIME DO NOT GO HERE, GOT MY BLOOD WORK DONE FOR NO REASON FOR IT NOT TO BE TESTED. NO ONE CALLED AND TOLD ME THEY MESSED UP I HAD TO REACH OUT TO THEM WONDERING WHY MY BLOOD HAVEN'T BEEN SENT OFF.

  I have thin veins and this is often a problem. I was so happy that I got Dionne. For her my veins were not a problem. Dionne is amazing professional! Thank you so much, Dionne!

  My phlebotomist was friendly, professional, and gentle. Scheduling in advance makes for an easier check-in.

  I had a scheduled appointment at the Turkey Lake Quest location near Dr Phillips Hospital to drop off a Saliva sample. The reason I chose this location was due to having an Oncology visit near the hospital. When I checked in at the kiosk it stated I had no appointment. The waiting room was crazy. Luckily, so I thought, one of the techs happened to be in the waiting room helping another patient. I told her my situation and she asked if I had proof of the appointment. I looked around and instead of looking for my proof of appointment, I looked to see if the MetroWest location had any openings thankfully they had an opening 20 minutes later. I jumped in my car and raced over there. I arrived 5 minutes prior to the appointment and was called right in and was back in my car just 10 minutes later!. I was treated with care and respect unlike the Turkey Lake location.
