  This Quest location is excellent. Everything was easy and timely, clean and professional. The phlebotomist, Mona was amazing. I felt nothing and could not believe how fast it all went.

  Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had a at quest location, I have never seen such a rude phlebotomist. She’s Hispanic in room 1, She cursed, didn’t even introduce herself, didn’t ask me any questions, she got on her computer printed something got my blood and said have a good one. If you’re treating PATIENTS have a little bit of empathy you never know how the patient reacts to drawing their blood or at least have manners if you’re directly treating people and be nice.

  I had a wonderful experience at Quest Diagnostics and wanted to share it. The lab was very clean, organized, and I was attended to right on time. Everything felt professional and well managed. What truly made the visit special, though, was the technician who assisted me. Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name, but she told me we share the same birthday — July 3rd. She was incredibly kind, empathetic, and professional. She followed every protocol carefully and made the whole process smooth and comfortable. Getting a test work done isn’t always pleasant, but her calm attitude and genuine care made a big difference. Quest is fortunate to have someone like her on the team. I hope the management can identify her by this detail and recognize the excellent work she’s doing. She truly deserves it.
