  Derek was very nice, he listened to all my concerns and gave me real solutions. He is caring and not in a rush like other doctors who only see patients as a number and not a human being. Happy with this office

  I had an amazing experience at Pineapple Family! The treatment I received was outstanding from start to finish. Derek and Erick were incredible providers always taking the time to answer all my questions and address any doubts with patience and care. Yosmar Rumbo was extremely professional, and Andy provided excellent service throughout my visit. You all truly made my time at the clinic very enjoyable. Thank you for such a great experience, I highly recommend this team!

  I recently had an appointment and couldn’t be more pleased with the care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff made a great impression—they were warm, welcoming, and incredibly organized. The front desk was efficient and friendly, and the medical staff were attentive, patient, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The doctor took the time to really listen to my concerns and addressed everything thoroughly without making me feel rushed. I appreciated how clearly everything was explained and how involved I felt in my care plan. What stood out most was how well the entire team worked together. Everyone was professional, kind, and genuinely seemed to care about providing a positive experience. That level of teamwork and compassion really makes a difference.
