Jova was very kind, thoughtful, diligent, and patient with us while we picked out from among 25 frames of glasses. Amazing guy for those who suffer from indecisiveness and so sweet. Would recommend again

Charlene was very helpful today. She was able to swap my lenses and readjust my frame so it fit properly. Everybody was so kind today, thank you!

We've been to other locations and this by far has been terrible. Long wait times I'm talking an hour plus with appointment, the staff seems very unknowledgeable and not super professional. Will not be coming back here and do not recommend.

I’m not someone who usually leaves negative reviews, but I really did not like the service at this place. I went in because I had seen a pair of glasses online and wanted to check if they had them available. I had my prescription with me and was interested in getting the frames made at this location. The person who assisted me, when I asked about the model I was looking for, said, “I don’t have that one.” I asked if they had anything similar, and she showed me one pair and said it was the closest option. I looked at them and told her they seemed too big. I then asked if it was possible to order the model I had seen online. At that point, I was basically the one suggesting options and explaining what I was looking for. Her response was simply “yes,” but she showed no real interest in helping me beyond that. She just said, “All the glasses of this style are here, and there are more in the drawer below if you want to open it and look.” Then she turned around and walked away. She literally left me there alone. She didn’t try to guide me or make any effort to help me find something I liked or to make sure I left satisfied. For that reason, I’m leaving only one star. The customer service was very poor. I hope to find another place where someone actually takes the time to properly assist their customers. Update: After my first visit, I had a bad experience and left a negative review because the person who attended me that day was not very kind. However, I want to update my opinion because the store team took the time to contact me, ask what had happened, and give me a second opportunity. Today I returned and was attended by Amy Jo, the store manager, and the experience was completely different. I was treated with respect, kindness, and professionalism. It’s clear that they truly care about listening to their customers and improving their service. I really appreciate that they took my comment seriously and made the effort to change my experience. This time I received exceptional service. They definitely deserve five stars for their customer service and for showing that they care about doing things right.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
