  They certainly do not answer their phone I have called fifteen times in two days , left phone number and message twice. It Only went to voicemail where I could leave a message twice in the 15 tries. If you're this understaffed, I can imagine what it would be like giving plasma there. Still, 2 days later, call after call after call. No one responds no one answers the phone. I wish I could take the 1 star away. I also left you an email with my phone number.Still no response , almost three days later. It sounds like y'all really care.

  I have been going to them for almost 3 years and since they were brought out well at least by Kedrion its been slowly going downhill. They dont seem to care for their employees, they keep lowering the amount they payout over time, and now they have stopped giving out referral bonuses. I just referred someone else to be told that they no longer can give out referrals. I mean you really dont even try to boost the morale to comeback if you dont try to offer any incentives. Come on do better!! We arent stupid, or ignorant, its not hard to see how much you rake in selling our plasma to outside providers to give us pennies on the dollar. Jessie at reception is also amazing at being personable and getting to know the regulars. Some others like others who have preferred treatment are rude and not even a hello they give you, or they give you a side eye. Some need a class on customer service

  Very disappointed at this location. Workers are lazy and they shut down on the other chairs early while over 20 people are in line and they only call one at a time. Now it's 6:00 and you even more people in line because people do not want to work. Lazy I tell you...

  Screening lady today at 2:03 pm today is Monday the 16 2026 she is dragging her self with music on in Spanish but saying she can’t help people that speak Spanish and taking 2 minutes to put gloves on literally dragging her self never seen a screener do this here . If you don’t want to work why come to work and I have no rush I have nothing to do today but a lot of people are wasting unnecessary time because of her professionalism.

  The employees are friendly/ professional. I have been concerned because there is no security at this location. I have heard patients recently tell others that they hadn’t received their bonuses he’s going to return to this site. If KED didn’t pay they were going to harm someone. This is concerning, my safety and other patients as well as employees of Ked. There was an incident last year and a security guard was placed at this location for a few weeks. Then he was gone. Another con is shortage of staff. A couple of employees recently quit because hey said they were overwhelmed which was clear to see. I spoke with a manager this week about my concerns and directed me to the website. THANK YOU to anll employees for all your work!
