  Larry was not very helpful and was in fact condescending. I told him I didn't have a number in the system, he still asked for it again and said he's going to sign me up anyways. When I asked where a product would be found, so I could research it, he proceeded to stay behind the register while telling me that I'm not doing things right and he's a "Nutritionist" who's been doing this for over 20 years so "I know better!" After about 10 minutes of a lecture on the best way to train along with what to eat before training, he finally comes around to show me where the products are as well as trying to say why the section is so small now due to everyone mixing products together. In the middle of all this, another young lady walks in asking if he would leave a review for her company in exchange for a review on GNC, she didnt even have time to pull her papers out to show what it wss for and he was rude stating he frowns upon that and won't be partaking in such things and that's not how companies should be operating! I like GNC, I do have an account but I will not be going to that one again.

  I was pressured 5 times to give my phone number in order to open a loyalty account. I declined all five attempts and the cashier was visually upset. I was polite and in a soft tone “No thank you”. When I left I said, “Have a nice day” and he was silent. Wow!

  Just wanted to take a moment to give Derrick a review. Super kind and took time to go over my goals and recommended some great products to take . Super accommodating as well.
