  Very friendly, very professional. Straight to the point handle my business even did my other appointment that was due next week to get it out the way so I wouldn't have to make a double trip. Yeah they did that. Awesome! Clean office too

  Very exceptional customer service,my visit on the 7th 2026 @ 2pm was a excellent experience with the staff the first one that called my name the to ending part with OD Singh,beautiful experience .

  Both Angie and Anastasia were friendly and efficient. Dr. Singh was informative and helpful. I didn't have to wait long. Overall it was a very positive experience.

  This was my first time visiting Dr. Letbetter’s office with my 96 year-old dad and I have to say it was a wonderful experience. The doctor was very thorough with the examination and with the explanation in details afterwards. Thank you Dr. and your staff.

  I wasn't going to do this. Since Florida Eye Clinic is relentless about asking for reviews the same way they were relentless about reminding me daily via text and robocalls about this appointment for a full week and a half, here goes: Dr. Letbetter and his assistant are great. The reception staff... is not. I sat in their lobby listening to the reception staff chit chat for a full 40 minutes before walking up the desk and asking if they needed me to fill out anything for my appointment in 5 minutes, being told "oh yes" and left to sit for another 25 minutes. They called the back everyone else who came in after me before they called me, and I had been there 30 minutes before anyone else. I advise against filling out any online forms in the patient portal. They'll make you fill them out in person anyways and don't upload your ID or Insurance card online for the same reason and hello, data breaches.
